Wendy Lewis: Founder/COO
Wendy Lewis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Sociology and Mathematics, and later received an MED in Educational Psychology from Temple University. In 1985, Randy and Wendy formed AMSC (Automated Medical Systems Consultants), becoming the number one Medical Manager Practice Management supplier in both sales and service for eight consecutive years until selling the company in 1994. Wendy was the President of AMSC and the Director of Customer Operations responsible for all the training and support activities. The entire call center with Knowledge Based Help Desk was automated for in-bound/out-bound calls. AMSC was well known in the medical community for providing the best customer service in the 450 Medical Manager Dealer Network.
Wendy and Randy became involved with the MLM industry 16 years ago as distributors as well as owners of MLM companies and MLM support companies. Under their visionary leadership, these companies have flourished. With offices and distribution centers operating worldwide and a network of more than 400,000 distributors in 215 countries and territories, Wendy and Randy have paid out over $77 million in commissions. Multi-lingual customer support, in-house shipping, on-staff professional software programmers, and a proprietary web-based Back Office system are just a few examples of what their efforts have achieved so far.
Wendy and Randy have also actively engaged in responsible corporate behavior over the years by launching a global ecological campaign to benefit several charitable organizations. Their strong commitment to these organizations includes financial assistance, fundraising, and hands-on volunteer work.
Randy Ray: Founder/CEO
Randy Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He has over forty-two years experience in the computer industry having designed, sold, and installed in excess of $300,000,000 worth of computer hardware and software. Notable among owners of these major systems are the Red Lobster Inns of America, NASA (Space Shuttle Launch Processing System), DOT (National Wheel Rail Simulator System), Personal Blood Storage, and ICCA (Cancer Centers of America). Randy is listed in "International Who's Who," and he received awards as Florida Businessman of the Year in both 2003 and 2004. He has been working in the MLM industry for more than sixteen years. As co-owner of MarketQ, Inc. with Wendy Lewis, he has provided service and support to the MLM industry with back office software, commission processing, and full customer service.
As co-owners of an extremely successful MLM company, Randy and Wendy have persisted to create a unique business opportunity for thousands of distributors in countries all over the world. As a direct result of their efforts, they have experienced rapid growth on a global scale. Randy has also worked directly with large companies, corporations, and industry experts, helping them increase efficiency and improve productivity by implementing the latest in innovative technologies. Working together in a mutually beneficial and collaborative partnership, he and Wendy continue to provide new and sustainable business opportunities in the MLM industry.
Robert Dawson: Corporate Legal Counsel
Robert Dawson offers Jeunesse Global an ideal range of skills resulting from the combination of his baccalaureate degree in accounting along with the Juris Doctorate awarded him by the University of Nebraska School of Law. His educational achievements along with his intimate knowledge of the MLM industry will be instrumental in helping Jeunesse grow into a network marketing powerhouse. Rob was successful in private practice, specializing in corporate law for fourteen years prior to joining the Jeunesse Global Team. Together, he and his wife Kimberli stay busy raising their two daughters, Lauryn and Kate.
Kyle Copeland: Executive Vice President of Business Development
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of South Florida. Upon graduation, he earned his CPA and worked several years with a “Big Four” international accounting firm. He later became the CFO of some of the industry’s largest and most successful companies. Although Kyle enjoys and understands the numbers side of the business, he is even more passionate about interacting with and helping Distributors grow their business. He helped several companies expand into various parts of the world, including taking one company into more than 60 countries worldwide. As Executive Vice President of Business Development, Kyle drives international growth strategies, manages international operations, and supports Distributor recruiting activities.
Scott A. Lewis: Vice President of Global Operations
Scott Lewis holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rollins College. The majority of Scott’s MLM experience began by working with MarketQ, the MLM back office support service company owned by Randy and Wendy. During this time, he had the opportunity to work closely with a variety of companies in the industry while obtaining a diverse knowledge of market trends and Distributor relations, as well as operational strengths and weaknesses. Scott is well-rounded in all international operational processes, where he also has experience as the Director of Compliance before taking on his new role managing and directing global operations. He has consistently set new standards while maintaining a compassionate and professional relationship with all Distributors. He is an excellent facilitator for communications and has a passionate focus on efficiency.
Ryan Ogden: Chief Financial Officer
Ryan Ogden is a graduate of Utah State University from where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master of Accounting degree. After graduation, Ryan served for several years with one of the “Big Four” international accounting firms. Eventually, Ryan accepted a position in Japan as the Director of International Finance of an MLM company, and then later returned to the U.S. to continue work in the MLM industry. He brings a wealth of experience to Jeunesse and loves the personal touch that he finds in the network marketing environment. Ryan and his wife Rochele enjoy raising their four sons, and when he has the time, Ryan pursues his love of sports, including basketball, tennis, and water skiing.
Debbie Kurley: Director of Customer and VIP Relations
Debbie graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design. She has received outstanding business training, having been selected as one of the first to participate in a unique training program developed by The Walt Disney Company. Debbie spent 10 years with Disney as a program manager, working in an innovative environment and engaging in a variety of activities including commercial set design, production, and filming. While here, she also assisted with scheduling, coordinating, and conducting youth seminars.
Debbie has served for 13 years in the MLM industry with Wendy and Randy. During this time, she has had experience managing Customer Service, Compliance, Distribution, Purchasing, and Operations. Debbie is a sports advocate and during her college days won a National Championship for field hockey. She continues to actively play softball for a local state team and is addicted to spending time with her adorable Jack Russell Terrier/Dachshund mix, affectionately named Moxie.
Lucy West: Director of Sales and Marketing
Lucy West holds a Montessori teaching diploma. While teaching in Spain in 1987, she experienced the amazing success of network marketing. Having been trained in speech and drama at Trinity College, the industry was a natural fit for her. Lucy has worked as a corporate VP and Director since 1994, helping build two other successful companies to multi-million dollar levels. Born in England and having lived in France, Canada, and Spain, she speaks fluent Spanish and is working on reviving her French. Lucy is a published author of creative writing and her work has also appeared in “Networking Times.” She has developed hundreds of training tools, promotions, and new products; she also enjoys the logistics and creative coordination of global events. She is a tireless worker, an active member of Kiwanis International, and believes that a leader not only accomplishes greatness once, but can do so tirelessly over and over again.
David Matichak: Director of International Logistics
David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Pennsylvania State University. He has been working for Wendy and Randy in various managerial capacities for twenty years. Throughout his tenure with the company, David’s roles have included Accounting, Operations, and Logistics/ Inventory Management. He holds several Microsoft Business Solutions certifications and has extensive experience in Accounting Solutions Implementation and Customer Resource Management. David’s experience, coupled with his proactive strategy, blends well with a fast-track company such as Jeunesse. He is the father of three wonderful children, and in between high-school lacrosse and football games, he still finds time to run five miles a day. David shares an incredibly positive attitude with everyone around him.
Geri Dorman: Director of Research and Network Administration
Geri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Trenton State University. After working with Wendy and Randy for over twenty years, she is their longest tenured employee. Geri has managed Customer Service and Operations, and has worked in Compliance, Accounting, and Distributor Services. She also has extensive training and experience with installing and implementing Medical Manager Practice Management systems. Geri brings years of MLM wisdom to the business, and believes in the industry and its people. She is a guiding force in the Corporate Headquarters.
Geri and her husband Wayne are busy raising two young boys and enjoy watching them play soccer, basketball, and baseball. One of Geri’s favorite pastimes is taking long walks outdoors–she dedicates as much of her free time as possible to this activity.
David Young: Director of Creative Services
David graduated from Center for the Media Arts with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics and Animation accompanied by a minor in Television Arts. David is an award-winning Branding, Marketing, and Communications specialist with a wide range of consumer, business-to-business, pharmaceutical, television, presentation, catalog, display, point-of-purchase, direct marketing, direct mail, collateral, fashion, and digital photography experience.
David is a highly respected creative professional who delivers innovative solutions across diverse mediums. He also has extensive experience in concepts and design solutions, and has spent over a decade working in the Fortune 500 corporate arena, and the pharmaceutical & television industries as a Creative Director, Senior Art Director, Art Director, Fashion Art Director, Graphic Designer, Package Designer, and Web Site Designer.
